Get moving in our fitness area! You can warm up in the cardio zone, build strength in the gym and stretch in the yoga room. There’s something for everyone. You can also take regular classes, or work out with our qualified fitness trainers. Outdoor pitches, suitable for a wide variety of sports, are also available.

The heart of our fitness zone is the OCTAGON room, where you will find pulley machines, weights and other exercise equipment to get your heart pumping and keep your body strong.

cardio hall .

Develop your endurance, warm up your body and get a jump start! In the cardio zone you can use treadmills, rowing machines, air bikes, exercise bikes, stairs and other equipment to get ready for your game or for your busy day.

yoga room .

Join us for individual or group yoga classes in the yoga room. You can register online or just drop in if capacity permits. We would love to see you!

outdoor arenas .

You can play football, basketball, streetball, handball, floorball, volleyball, inline hockey or just work out at our multifunctional pitch with an artificial surface. We will be happy to lend you goalposts, goals, balls and other equipment, and if you are interested, we can book the entire field for you. Just let us know!

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional training is a system for developing strength, flexibility, fitness and health that balances all the planes of your body. It balances your body, improves your stability and essential, everyday movements.

PERSONAL TRAINING/TRAINING FOR 2 AND 3 PEOPLE

Personal training sessions are workouts with a personal trainer, designed to meet your goals.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

The circuit workout is a high-intensity interval workout for your entire body using a series of workout stations. Circuit training contains more strenuous elements than HIIT and TABATA exercise.

TABATA TRAINING

Tabata is an interval exercise, focused mainly on improving your cardiovascular system, getting you fit and building endurance. It is typically divided into 2:1 periods (2 exercise periods to 1 rest period) in a series of 20/10, for example.

RESTORATIVE EXERCISE

Our restorative classes are made up of stretching, relaxation and strengthening exercises designed to compensate for the pathologies in your musculoskeletal system.

FITNESS TRAINING

Exercise under the supervision of our qualified physiotherapists.

CALISTHENICS

Calisthenics is an exercise based on working with your own body weight. It is composed of basic exercises, such as pull-ups, push-ups, squats, core exercises and handstands (and their easier and harder versions). Calisthenics is suitable for everybody, both for men and women and for beginners and athletes alike.

TRX

TRX is a type of exercise done on a suspension system, which serves as a tool for effective full body workout. It is suitable for both men and women.

Morning flow

In this class we focus on improving mobility and flexibility. It includes elements of yoga, restorative training and exercises for the core.

FITNESS YOGA

This is yoga for stretching and strengthening your whole body. The exercise postures are more dynamic and one flows smoothly into another.

YOGA FOR HEALTH

RELAXATION YOGA

This yoga class is slower and focuses on good breathing.

I don’t shy away from new challenges and I look forward to meeting you.
